Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
faulty heater pipe burst
The staff at reception and the bell desk were professional. I extend my thanks to Joshua and Kiran for their assistance.
I must note a disappointing technical issue in the shower area. The heater adjustment was faulty, and a pipe burst around 1 AM, causing water to flood the entire bathroom.

The friendly staff impressed me. joshua was kind and assistive. he readily welcomed me with a smile. i liked his friendly attitude. His professional service was appreciated.
the room was small. it lacked a proper wardrobe. it also lacked cloth hangers. there was not much space to turn around in the room.

free printing friendly staff close proximity
The business center offered free printing. That was useful. i found the staff, especially baya, very friendly. i appreciated how close the hotel was to kfc, a chinese restaurant, and a shopping mall!!!
The room felt a little congested. There wasn't much space to move around.
